*By filling out and submitting an Alex’s Hull Cleaning New Customer Sign Up form, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:

 

*You agree to our rates and information listed on our pricing page as well as excessive growth charges, or other services requested not listed our pricing page.

*Your initial cleaning rate will be based on the condition of growth on your hull upon arrival, regardless of your requested schedule. Most new customers receive additional charges for excessive growth on for their first hull cleaning.

 

*Rates will vary depending on paint, growth, and last cleaning.

*Rates are based on a 2 month cleaning schedule with paint in better than "poor" condition. 

​

*Customers who sign up for a less frequent cleaning schedule than our recommended 2 month schedule (i.e. Quarterly, 4 month, 6 month schedule) will be charged based on growth upon arrival for each cleaning. 

 

*Zincs will be replaced when capacity is less than 50%. Zinc capacity and paint condition reported is approximate and can vary.

*Alex's Hull Cleaning has the right to refuse service on any vessel that we deem unsafe or a liability.

*Alex's Hull Cleaning will not be held liable for damage to your vessel, during or after requested service.

 

*Alex’s Hull Cleaning has the right to change pricing rates at any time without prior notice.
